Lemon Yuzu

Our inspiration for this cookie is the lovely French lemon yogurt cake with crackle glaze. We combine fresh lemon juice, yuzu juice, and lemon zest to create a perfectly tart cookie, complemented by Valrhona white chocolate and vanilla bean paste.

Boxed cookie orders are packaged in a white windowed pastry box.

Cookie size: 3.15in wide and 0.8in tall
