Our Story

Pistache Cookie Co was founded in 2023, inspired by our love for the elevated, American-style cookies found in the bakeries across Paris, France.

The name "Pistache" comes from the French word for pistachio—our all-time favorite ingredient.

We are officially closed as of Feb 2025. Thank you for all the support we received along the way. It's been an honor serving the San Francisco Bay Area community.

Our Ingredients

We use high-quality ingredients in our dough because you really can taste the difference. All of our cookies are made with brown butter (European-style) for a rich caramelized flavor.

Our premium ingredients include organic Guittard dark chocolate, organic flour, Valrhona white chocolate, and Nielsen-Massey pure vanilla extract.
